Ushbu maqolada oʻqituvchilarning pedagogik mahoratini baholash mexanizmlarini takomillashtirish orqali taʼlim sifatini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-tadqiqot natijalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot formativ, ishtirokchi va qayta aloqaga asoslangan baholash modeli anʼanaviy yuqoridan pastga yoʻnaltirilgan baholash tizimlariga nisbatan samaraliroq ekanini isbotladi. Toshkent shahri hamda Fargʻona viloyatidan jami 8ta umumiy oʻrta taʼlim maktablarida oʻtkazilgan tajribaviy ishlar natijasida dars rejalashtirish, oʻquv jarayonini tashkil etish, baholash strategiyalari, sinfdagi muloqot va reflektiv amaliyot sohalarida oʻqituvchilar faoliyatida sezilarli ijobiy oʻzgarishlar kuzatildi. Tadqiqot, shuningdek, oʻz-oʻzini baholash, hamkasblar fikri va oʻquvchilar mulohazasiga asoslangan yondashuvlar pedagogik rivojlanishni samarali qoʻllab-quvvatlashini koʻrsatdi. Ushbu maqola natijalari maktablarda faoliyat yurituvchi ingliz tili fani oʻqituvchilari amaliyotchi mutaxassislar, taʼlim muassasasi rahbarlari va taʼlim tizimi mutasaddilari uchun foydali boʻlishi mumkin.
