In the face of rapid technological advancements and changing market dynamics, industrial enterprises must adopt sustainable development strategies that align with digital economy principles. This article examines the theoretical foundations, existing research, and methodologies for implementing sustainable strategies in industrial sectors [1]. It highlights the influence of digitalization on strategic planning, operational resilience, and long-term competitiveness. The study further proposes a conceptual model that integrates technological innovation with economic, social, and environmental goals.
